-Job Description :
* Output daily operational data monitoring reports and weekly and monthly reports .Â
* Investigate Problems .
* Operational training .
* Assist the customer service department with other tasks .
* Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
* Investigate customer complaints and product issues
* Improve Quality performance results; initiate new ideas, send regular quality tips, and simulate quality sessions
* Help agents improve their performance based on the identified relevant quality-related training needs analysis.
Requirements :Â
* Good English, good at Excel .
* Be conscientious, responsible, proactive and efficient in completing work .
* Call Center experience is essential.
* â Â Experience are a must, minimum of 6 months to 2 years
* * previse experience in travel and tourism *not a must*
