Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced
Quality Control Lead to join our team in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring
15+ years of experience in quality control within the construction, infrastructure, or development sector. As a
Senior Principal in the organization, this role will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest quality standards across large-scale development projects, managing a team, and liaising with senior management and stakeholders to drive quality initiatives and performance.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
Additional Information
- Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in quality control within the construction, infrastructure, or development sector, with significant experience on large-scale projects.
- Strong expertise in quality management systems (QMS), quality auditing, and managing teams.
- Proven track record of leading quality control efforts on complex projects, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Skills:
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in quality control tools, techniques, and software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, MS Excel, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of local Saudi Arabian regulations and standards within the construction and development sector.
- Preferred:
- Saudi National (preferred for local knowledge and regulatory compliance).
- Experience in managing quality control for government or large infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
