looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Manager to join the team
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the baking process and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Evaluate and approve suppliers based on quality standards.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of quality checks and audits.
- Prepare and present reports on quality issues and improvements to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in food science, Quality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a bakery or food production environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and manage staff effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quality certifications (e.g., ISO 9001) & Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP) is desirable.
