- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications, specifically for Aramco projects.
- Supervise and lead the QC team, providing training and guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of project sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and review quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, quality manuals, and procedures.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment used in the project meet the required quality standards.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all quality requirements are met.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the quality management system and suggest improvements as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and Aramco requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality control, with a significant portion spent on Aramco projects.
- Strong knowledge of Aramco standards and procedures.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a QC team.
- Excellent understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in quality control is a plus.
