We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team and elevate our product excellence. As a Quality Engineer, you'll be the guardian of our product quality, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and processes.
- Conduct thorough product inspections and testing.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of defects.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.
- Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Skills:
- Proven experience in quality engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.).
