We're looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Engineer to join our team. You'll play a vital role in safeguarding the quality of our products and processes, identifying and resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure product and process adherence to specifications and standards.
- Analyze data, identify quality trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, etc.) to maintain quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and quality control methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Proficient in quality control tools and data analysis methods.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
