Job Description

  • Improves the effectiveness and efficiency of Engineering Services processes and procedures
  • Identifies potential or actual bottlenecks in Engineering Services processes for cost savings or other improvements
  • Leads improvement initiatives coordinating with respective Engineering Services and F&E units
  • Improves business performance outcomes and operational agility of Engineering Services
  • Manages automation of processes and workflows through modelling and evaluation of inputs/outputs and performance
  • Defines organisation and leadership development requirements for Engineering Services
  • Responsible for defining quality standards, policies and guidelines ensuring Engineering Services quality objectives are met

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Engineering or equivalent
  • MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Certified IS0 9001

Experience


  • 15+ years of experience in managing the QA functions and working with cross-department to deliver high-quality products
