- Improves the effectiveness and efficiency of Engineering Services processes and procedures
- Identifies potential or actual bottlenecks in Engineering Services processes for cost savings or other improvements
- Leads improvement initiatives coordinating with respective Engineering Services and F&E units
- Improves business performance outcomes and operational agility of Engineering Services
- Manages automation of processes and workflows through modelling and evaluation of inputs/outputs and performance
- Defines organisation and leadership development requirements for Engineering Services
- Responsible for defining quality standards, policies and guidelines ensuring Engineering Services quality objectives are met

Requirements
Education
- Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Engineering or equivalent
- MBA or equivalent preferred
- Certified IS0 9001
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in managing the QA functions and working with cross-department to deliver high-quality products
