We are seeking a Quality Manager as part of DB Engineering and Consulting GmbH, Riyadh, KSA Branch. The job opening is located in Doha, Qatar and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth.
Your responsibilities:
Control the Contractors service delivery (compliance with KPIs)
Control the contractors quality management and assurance measures.
Development and execution of knowledge transfer for all quality management related disci-plines.
Implementation of the existing quality assurance and compliance programs within the rail sys-tem and identifying suggested improvements to ensure that operations, services, and facilities meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.
Develop and implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve service quality.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to verify compliance with established standards.
Collaborate with department heads to address quality and compliance issues.
Develop and deliver training programs to employees on quality and compliance standards.
Analyze data and customer feedback to identify areas for quality improvement.
Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or masters degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Relevant quality management certification.
Min. 10 years of experience or similar position in Rail industry projects.
Min. 5 years in leadership position.
Proven experience in value engineering, cost analysis, or a related role.
International experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Language skills: English (Fluent) writing, speaking and reading.
Computer skills in MS office, MS Project, MS Sharepoint, and performance tools.
