Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects related to the quality according to ISO 9001:20015 requirements and/or any other project specific requirements.
- Ensure the development, effective implementation and maintenance of the Contract specific Quality Plan and the company quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
- Implement, and communicate the client specific quality requirements and standards that are represented in the technical guidelines and other specification documents.
- Build a strong quality monitoring system in accordance with the applicable standards and other client requirements to maintain the quality of the services.
- Ensure education and communication on quality standards, project specifications, and procedures are delivered to all relevant departments and the team is well educated and have sufficient knowledge on the service requirements.
- Set quality inspection and testing plans that ensure service effectiveness and oversees quality control processes, to ensure compliance with the quality standards.
- Analyses and investigates in-process quality defects, including those related to customer requirements and expectations, as well as other non-conformities, to identify root causes and develop and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Investigate customer requirements and expectation and take the required actions to ensure meeting customer needs and gathers and analyses customer feedback and complaints to improve the service quality and to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the overall quality team performance.
- Develops and maintains QMS documents such as procedures, Process Flow, etc.
- Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support and actively participate in the different internal and external audits, and submit internal audits and non-conformity reports and corrective actions.
- Provides regular reports and updates on the status of quality assurance and improvement efforts, including the management of quality related KPIs.
- Develop and ensure the execution of all training to the staff and ensure understanding of the quality principles and the client guidelines.
Skills, Experience and Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Good knowledge of management systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of environmental services industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Specialist
- ISO 9001 Internal / Lead Auditor
- BCM Lead Auditor / Implementer Course ISO22301
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
