Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Quality Specialist at IDS in Cairo, Egypt. The Operation Quality Specialist will be responsible for performing quality control and quality auditing tasks on a daily basis. They will also be responsible for ensuring quality assurance and effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Quality Control, and Quality Auditing
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Quality Control for the BPO industry is a must
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in records management or data management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
