Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Quality specialist to join our team of auditors and inspectors.
As a quality specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- devise and establish a company's quality management systems (procedures, polices, forms, ) and specifications.
- Review customer requirements and make sure they are met.
- Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international standards.
- Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
- Review policies procedures and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
- Measure performance - implementations and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements
- Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure that products or services meet expectations.
Perform audits of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action.
Manage and maintain quality control documentation, ensuring that all necessary records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
Train team members on quality control processes, procedures, and policies, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
What to expect
- Your work may be office-based, and customer operations locations or fields.
- Once you accepted and hired have should be available to work as a consultant to prepare and qualify or train some customers or firms to be ready for certification audit for ISO 9001-ISO 14001- ISO 45001 ISO 22000 ISO 21001.
- Travel within a working day depends on the employer and may sometimes be frequent.
- You may have to stay away from home overnight. Overseas work or travel may be required to visit customers, carry out audits, meet to discuss quality plans or investigate particular quality issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Certification of quality managements systems are strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
