Qualifications:
- BSC, in engineering or equivalent
Fluent English speaking and writing- AutoCAD, Excel, and plan swift
Key Responsibilities:- Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation including estimation and BOQ preparation
- Track changes to construction drawings and adjust projections accordingly
Communicate changes and variations to team members and consultant/subcontractors as needed- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers consultant and site engineers as needed
Measure and value the work done
Preparing Inquiry documents and acquire offers accordingly- Conduct specifications and price comparison
Validate and verify BOQ price and scope of works
- Preparation, negotiate and follow up on variations
Software capabilities AutoCAD, Excel, Primavera and others as needed
