We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveyor Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis.
Location: UAE (Dubai, Sharjah & Ras Al Khaima)
Qualification: B. Tech, B.S, B.E, DAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of cost estimates, bill of quantities and tender documents.
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices.
- Managing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all project costs.
- Perform bill verification, rate analysis, assessment of claims, variations.
- Prepare payment certificates as per contract and specifications.
- Collaborative efforts with designers, project managers for value additions.
