Quantity Surveyor cum Procurement - FIT-OUTS

As a QS, your core responsibility is to carefully estimate costs, calculate material needs and map out project timelines. You'll liaise closely with all teams to keep the job on track. Day-to-day, you'll: Consult with clients to understand their requirements.

• Job responsibilities

Involved in subcontractor tendering process (preparation of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender documents)

• Handle sub-con claims, certificates, payments and Variation Order

Support negotiation and award project sub-package

• Conduct cost estimate and collate prices in a summary

working efficiently with knowledge of UAE Market for the cost estimation

• keen to the details for each project

Preparation of Tender Documents including Conditions of Contract, Form of Agreement, Bonds formats and Bills of Quantities

• Detailed Appraisal and analysis of tenders and preparation of Tender Report including advice and recommendations

Negotiations with selected tenderers and preparation of Contract Document based on post-tender negotiations and clarifications

• Doing Site Visit

• As a Procurement your core responsibility is to Source for vendors and quotations, negotiate perform negotiation with vendor. Generate purchase orders ,Coordinate closely with Construction Department to track deliveries and verify quantity and quality of delivered items or services, Ensure accurate invoice amount and liaise with Accounts Department for timely payment to vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Researching key suppliers

Negotiating purchase agreements

• Ensuring all products and materials meet company standards.

Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization

• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors

Track inventory and restock goods when needed

• Stay up to date on industry trends and new products

Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing

Requires

with UAE Driving License ; with UAE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST minimum 5years(UAE)

• Bilingual - Speaking Arabic is an advantage ; Fluent in English language.

Without UAE EXPERIENCE the application will be rejected.
