Handling of pre & post contract calculations and correspondence
Measurement of Bills of Quantities
Prepare technical submittals & quotations.
In depth knowledge of material, technical and data analysis method and estimation formulas
Assist in preparation of Tender Documents
Evaluation, negotiation and selection of suppliers / sub-contractors
Attending pre-tender meetings, site visits, and preparation of site visit reports
Preparing cost budgets and prices for contract variations
Monitoring project cost and preparation of cost reports.
Must have at least 2years of UAE experience in a construction company, preferably on larger projects.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quantity surveying or similar
Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
knowledge of construction
Excellent IT skills and knowledge of relevant software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, SAP, etc.)
