Job Description - Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
Logg, review and process request space planning & modification inquiries/request.
- Reviewing plans and processing for work execution.
Reviewing proposed budgets/quantification and material costs.- Liaising with Project team, contractors, and subcontractors.
Preparing project reports, risk assessment and other documents.
- Receive, Review and process inquires, requirements according to function domain.
Follow up inquires and close all request in business assign system.- Updating logbook and business applicable system.
- Experience & Educational Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma from college.- 5 years Experience in Office environment.
Fluent in English speaking and writing skills.
- Computer Literate is must.
