Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with management to provide detailed financial analyses and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience, with proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other accounting software is a bonus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
