Job Description:
- Develop expert knowledge of the business operations within the specialist area
- Current and future state process mapping for the specialist area
- Requirements gathering
- System configuration for specialist area
- Support the cutover and transition period for the specialist area
- Lead on communication and engagement for the specialist area
- Lead on business benefits management for the specialist area
- Liaise with the test manager to sign off test scripts
- Support in testing
- Liaise with Business Analysts from other specialist areas
- Liaise with My Clinic staff from within the specialist area
Education / Professional Qualifications:
- Education Degree: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in RCM, healthcare billing, or business analysis, ideally within healthcare organizations.
- Previous experience in implementing ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365, to multi-site organizations
- Previous experience in implementing EMR systems, to multi-site organizations is highly desirable
