Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Listing Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry. The primary responsibilities will include marketing and advertising our properties effectively across various online platforms, such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, and other property portals. Additionally, the candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations and procedures.
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls/Emails and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
Handling CRM and monitoring
  • Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.
Answering Inquiries, assisting clients
  • Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records.
  • Requirements:

The candidate is expected to have the following competencies:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on marketing and sales.
Proficiency in posting ads and managing listings on online property portals.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations and procedures.
Familiarity with sales documentation and contract preparation, including sales forms, MOUs, etc.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks
Good English communication skill, smart and presentable
  • Provides general office and operational support

2 years Real Estate Experience
  • Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings on digital platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage and maintain property listings on websites such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, and other relevant portals.
Develop compelling property descriptions and attractive visuals to engage potential buyers and renters.
  • Coordinate with property owners and agents to gather necessary information and assets for listing creation.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Handle inquiries from potential clients promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about available properties.
Prepare and finalize sales documentation, including sales forms, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and other contractual agreements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate property viewings and negotiations, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to expand the network and generate referrals.
