Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Act as an executive assistant to CEO and MD.

• Handle the reception and manage office supplies and equipment.

• Manage property listings and ensure accurate information is posted.

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings.

• Process real estate transactions and ensure all documentation is complete.

• Maintain and organize office records and files.

• Communicate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.

• Prepare and distribute real estate documents and contracts.

• Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.

• Support agents with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.

• Prepare reports and presentations for management.

• Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.

• Handle confidential information with discretion.

• Assist with event planning and coordination.

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding/offboarding.

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

• Previous experience in real estate administration IS A MUST.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.

• Knowledge of real estate processes and regulations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong time management skills.

• Proactive and self-motivated.

• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Strong interpersonal skills.



Office timing  : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday to Saturday

Office location: Al barsha near Mashreq metro station Â

Salary        : 4000 AEDÂ

Residence visa: provided by the companyÂ

Joining date  : Immediately
