Overview:

Aurega Real Estate is looking for a highly experienced Property Consultant to join our vibrant team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional with a proven record in the Dubai real estate market. The successful candidate will be a Dubai resident, hold a valid driving license, and have extensive experience in the local real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice and guidance on property transactions.

Market Expertise: Use deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including laws and regulations, to identify and evaluate opportunities for clients.

Transaction Execution: Successfully close deals and manage a high volume of monthly transactions.

Lead Generation: Develop new leads through networking, referrals, and market research, while utilizing provided client data.

Sales & Negotiation: Conduct property showings, negotiate offers, and oversee the entire sales process to ensure client satisfaction.

Compliance: Ensure that all transactions comply with Dubai's real estate laws and regulations, including preparing the necessary documentation.

Roadshows: Participate in roadshows abroad to attract international clients (preferred but not required).

Remote Flexibility: Work remotely or from our office based on your business needs.

Requirements:

Residency: Must be a Dubai resident.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai, with a proven record of successful monthly transactions.

Transportation: Must have a car and a valid UAE driving license.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Motivation: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Technology: Proficient in CRM systems and real estate marketing platforms.

Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

What We Offer:

Commission: 50/50 split on all closed deals with company.

-Commission: 60/40 split on closed deals with own lead.

Support: Company SIM card, Visa, and RERA card provided.
