Brighton Urban is hiring a Real estate Sales Manager for its subsidiary
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
Set individual sales targets with the sales team
Work on sales scripts with agents.
Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting.
Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
Plan and direct sales team training.
Control expenses and monitor budgets
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills
Experience in a brokerage company
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric mindset
Ability to meet sales targets and drive results
Knowledge of the Egypt property market
Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and legal requirements.
Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
