Responsibilities
- provide guidance and assist seller and buyers
- determine clinets needs and financiala abilities to propose solutions that suits them
- perform comparative marketing analysis and remain knowledable about real estate market
- maintain and update listings of available properties
Qualifications
- sales ( in Resale department )
- experience from ( 3 months to 6 months ) as a real esatate agent
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CRM background is preferred
- MS Office familiarity
