This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent at DLC Real Estate in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, and offering expertise in real property. The role involves helping clients navigate the Dubai real estate market and facilitating seamless transactions.
Client Representation: Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the buying or selling process.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research on local market trends, property values, and neighbourhood statistics to offer accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, including preparing marketing materials, arranging property showings, and hosting open houses.
Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcome in terms of price and terms.
Transaction Management: Oversee and facilitate the entire transaction process, from initial offer through closing, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors, to provide comprehensive support to clients.
Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
- Experience & Qualifications
Licensing:
RERA License (preferred)
Driving License:
UAE driving license (required)
Experience:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai at least for at least 2 years. (required)
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Language Proficiency:
Advanced English. (required)
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in using real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-Motivated:
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Integrity:
High ethical standards and professionalism, as well as well presented.
Fixed salary between AED 2,500 - AED 5,000 per month
