We are looking for a proactive Secondary Market Agent to join our Dubai real estate team. You'll manage the sale and purchase of ready-to-move-in properties, including apartments, villas, and commercial spaces, while providing expert advice, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and closing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the sale and purchase of ready properties in Dubai's secondary market, including residential and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors to facilitate successful deals.
- Conduct property viewings, present options to potential buyers, and provide detailed information on pricing, locations, and property features.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal regulations affecting the resale market.
- Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and other real estate marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available listings and attract potential buyers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent, with a focus on the secondary (resale) market in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, property trends, and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, French) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
