PROPERTY CONSULTANT/AGENT Close deals every month.
Reach minimum target of AED 50,000 net commission every month.
Bring not less 10 listings every month.
Write at least 2 articles every month on the UAE real estate.
Make at least 1 research & analysis every month on the UAE real estate.
Manage the negotiations between the developer/seller and a potential client.
Maintain weekly and monthly targets.
Make no less than 20 meetings with clients every month.
Attend all trainings and seminars.
Lead clients on legal requirements, processes, DLD compliance, and related matters.
Promote lease properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services (social media marketing).
Accompany clients during visits to and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property rental listings.
Process leads in the CRM system.
Prepare weekly leads report updates in CRM and Excel.
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
Must have a network of agents/client.
Target driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
Knows how to do weekly leads / report updates.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point)
Excellent command and highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Active in social media.
