Key Responsibilities:- Client Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance on property transactions, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
Property Listings: Source, list, and market residential and commercial properties, ensuring that each listing is accurately represented and professionally presented.
Sales and Negotiation: Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to final closing, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
Market Research: Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant information.- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals to generate new business opportunities and expand your network.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, responding promptly to inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise during the transaction process.
Administrative Duties: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and property disclosures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers and tenants through various channels, including social media, online platforms, and traditional advertising.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other agents, managers, and support staff to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a real estate agent, preferably with a focus on the Dubai market.- Education: Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant real estate certifications and licenses are required.
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals successfully. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including property values, market trends, and local regulations.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems. Familiarity with online marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Professionalism: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously. Demonstrated commitment to high ethical standards and professional conduct.
