- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and properties.
- Providing expert guidance to clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Developing and maintaining a database of potential clients.
- Networking with other industry professionals and expanding your personal network.
- Evaluating and assessing clients needs and financial capabilities to make tailored recommendations.
- Creating and delivering professional property listings and presentations.
- Managing property transactions from start to finish, including negotiations, contracts, and legal aspects.
- Staying updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and technologies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for real estate.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Fixed salary of 2500 AED + Commission Based (40/60). Fixed salary subjects to increase to 4500 AED upon achieving target.
