As a Real Estate Agent with Habico Properties, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties within the secondary market.
Assist clients in identifying suitable properties to buy, sell, or rent based on their needs and budget.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties.
Negotiate terms and conditions of transactions.- Prepare and finalize real estate contracts and leases.
Stay updated with market trends and property values in Business Bay and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the secondary market in Dubai.- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
