We are looking for a motivated and skilled Investment Advisor, with a proven track record in the Dubai Real Estate Market, to join our diverse team.

We provide continuous training to agents with training sessions focusing on client interaction, changing trends within the Dubai real estate market, and the general UAE rules and regulations regarding investing in property.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting for potential new clients
Qualifying clients and recommending suitable projects based on the client's criteria- Achieve individual sales targets based on
Network and expand contacts base
- Marketing / Lead Generation Initiatives
Promote the Company in a positive light to external stakeholders- Regular contact with purchasers ensuring awareness of current market activity as well as new opportunities.
Keep up to date with the market, including new developments and regulation changes
- Act as an intermediary between Buyer and Seller
Client Management
Requirements- Knowledge of Dubai's property market, including key areas and market dynamics preferred but not essential
Excellent communication, presentation skills and negotiation skills
RERA Card preferred but not essential- Driving license preferred but not essential
