We are looking for a motivated and skilled Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant, with a proven track record in the Dubai Real Estate Market, to join our diverse team.

We provide continuous training to agents with training sessions focusing on client interaction, changing trends within the Dubai real estate market, and the general UAE rules and regulations regarding investing in property.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting for potential new clients
- Qualifying clients and recommending suitable projects based on the client's criteria
- Achieve individual sales target
- Network and expand contacts base
- Marketing / Lead Generation Initiatives
- Promote the Company in a positive light to external stakeholders
- Regular contact with clients ensuring awareness of current market activity as well as new opportunities
- Keep up to date with the market, including new developments and regulation changes
- Act as an intermediary between Buyer and Seller
- Client Management
- Updating CRM database
Requirements
- Knowledge of Dubai's property market
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic
