Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and identifying potential clients interested in buying, selling, renting, or leasing properties.
  • Providing guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends and pricing information.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions on behalf of clients to ensure a favourable outcome.
  • Maintaining a strong network and relationships within the local community and real estate market.
  • A passion for real estate and a desire to build a career in the industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid real estate licence (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and follow up on leads
  • Off-plan or secondary options available
  • Fresh daily leads from cutting edge CRM software
