Real Estate Agent

Office Hub is a business center for small businesses and early stage ventures that provides flexible coworking spaces in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We offer fully furnished offices with EJARI for teams ranging from one person to 500 people. Our services include counseling, coaching, consulting, and training, as well as essential networking and mentoring opportunities.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at Office Hub in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate sales and customer service. The role includes but is not limited to Real Property Management, and Sales of Virtual Office, EJARI with Coworking, EJARI with Fixed Desk, EJARI with Private Cabins, and Premium Serviced Offices.

• Real Estate License and Real Estate Sales experience
• Customer service skills
• Knowledge of Real Property Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience in the Dubai real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
