Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Agent at Palm Hills Real Estate located in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting potential clients, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, preparing documents, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property values
• Sales skills and the ability to negotiate and close deals
• Understanding of real property laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in relevant real estate software and technology
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
