This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at A1 Properties in Ras Al Khaimah Branch, Commission Based Only.
Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing clients with advice on investing in the property market, based on an analysis of the market and identification of the latest trends in it
- Attend events and property launches organized by developers
- Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations
- Keep up to date with market trends and best practices in RAK
- Networking, Referral closure, client relationship building
- Excellent Customer service skills
- In-depth Real Estate Knowledge specially about Ras al Khaimah
- Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on the off-plan property value, discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers

Requirements

- Knowledge of sales techniques with at least one year in a sales role preferably within the UAE
- Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service
- Ability to work independently with great dedication
- Strong communication skills written and spoken English is a must, Russian, Arabic, French is a plus and added advantage
- Must be presentable, have a professional attitude
- Valid UAE driver's license
- Well organized and detail oriented
