- Experience:Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Dubai's real estate sales market.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate market, including residential and commercial properties, current trends, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, both verbal and written, any other languages will be good Advantage.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
