Responsibilities:
- Actively list residential/commercial properties through networking, prospecting, and managed units.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of clients through daily prospecting.
- Manage the sale/rental of properties, ensuring compliance with all documentation and procedures.
- Stay informed about real estate trends, especially in your area of expertise.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and transactions.
- Promote properties through advertising channels, open houses, and other listing services.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years prior Real Estate experience in the UAE is required.
- Must be proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Passionate about real estate and sales.
- Friendly, trustworthy, and with a professional appearance.
- Must have Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Russian required.
- Valid UAE Drivers License and own car required.
