What we expect:-
- Should possess good communication & negotiation skills with excellent command over English language;
Work Experience of atleast 1 year in Dubai Real Estate Sales with indepth knowledge of current market trends and property prices. (FRESHER are also welcome with Sales experience in any industry).- Should be Self Driven and Self-motivated;
Should be able to FIX & CONDUCTING MEETINGS and ability to build rapport and trust with the clients;
- Coordinate with the Seller & arrange the viewing for prospective buyers;
* Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and legal requirements;
- Should be able to achieve monthly sales targets/KPIs set.
