Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our team, specializing in the secondary market in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for representing clients in the purchase and sale of residential properties across various communities in Dubai. Your primary focus will be on existing properties, leveraging your knowledge of market trends, property values, and negotiation skills to close transactions successfully.
Provide guidance and assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably specializing in the secondary market in Dubai.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
RERA certification is preferred.
