Requirements:
- Excellent communication in ENGLISH is a MUST (Writing, reading and Speaking)
Additional languages would be an asset. Verbal and written communication skills are required to be able to communicate properly with clients, business owners etc..
- Negotiation Skills: Able to conduct price negotiations to secure properties at a potentially profitable rate
* Analytical Skills: Property consultants are skilled in carrying out property market research and survey to identify properties generating the most profit.
- Sales and customer service skills are an extra asset
