Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, advice, and assistance to sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants in marketing, purchasing, or leasing properties in Dubai.
- Have secondary market experience.
- Qualify and nurture leads to ensure high-quality prospects.
- Understand client needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong networks, collaborating with partners to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Review purchase and leasing contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Stay updated and knowledgeable about real estate markets and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in the real estate industry, preferably in Dubai, is a plus but freshers are welcome to apply
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
