Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai Business Bay. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in the UAE and possess a valid UAE driving license.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers and tenants.
- Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and potential acquisitions.
- Negotiate property sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest real estate trends and market conditions in the UAE.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties through various channels.
- Prepare and manage all required documentation and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly in Business Bay.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
