- Conduct market research to identify potential properties for clients and stay informed about market trends and pricing.
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing guidance and expertise throughout the transaction process.- Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the closing of real estate transactions.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, inspectors, and appraisers, to facilitate smooth transactions.
Stay updated on relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent inside UAE is a MUST.- Proficiency in English is a MUST.
Proficiency in any other language (Russian, German, Chineese..) is a plus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property values.
