Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant at Utopia Real Estate in Qesm El Maadi. The Property Consultant will be responsible for tasks such as consulting with clients, communicating effectively, providing exceptional customer service, engaging in sales activities, and demonstrating expertise in the real estate market.
Job Description :
- Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Responsible for the negotiation processes.
- Consult clients on market conditions.
- Making market research about the new projects in the market.
- Maintaining contact with clients to have an opening to discuss future business prospects.
- Responsible for adding listings and projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Min. 6 months experience of real estate
