Responsibilities
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized real estate solutions.
Property Listings: Manage property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations to attract potential buyers or renters.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
Sales and Negotiation: Facilitate property viewings, handle negotiations, and close deals to meet sales targets.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings, including social media campaigns and traditional advertising.
Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and review contracts, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and manage all necessary documentation for transactions.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
1-2 years of sales experience with valid UAE Driving license
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, presentable and proficiency with real estate software and online marketing tools
Preference given to Arabic and British candidates
Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred. However, motivated individuals with a passion for real estate and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required
