Real Estate Asset Management Director - UAE Holding Group

We are delighted to be working with a UAE based Family Group, who are recruiting for an Asset Management Director for their Real Estate Division.

The main function of this role us to develop and execute strategies to enhance Real Estate Assets and Portfolio Performance. This role will entail a mixture of both operational, and technical/ financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Strategies/ Asset Management plans to optimize the current Real Estate Portfolio
• Conduct financial assessments and run market reports to assess decisions around leasing, new acquisition opportunities etc
• Working with operational teams (property management, facilities management etc) to optimize real estate asset performance
• Oversee budgets, reporting, DD etc

Requirements:

• 15+ years of relevant Real Estate Asset Management experience
• An understanding of both the operational, and investment sides of RE Asset Management
