We are seeking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the local real estate market, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Primary Duties:
Aid clients in purchasing, selling, and leasing properties.
Exhibit a range of properties to potential buyers to assist them in finding the ideal property.
Stay updated with latest trends and changes in real estate market.
Handle incoming/outgoing calls from prospective clients.
Efficiently address client inquiries, issues, and objections.
Assess the clients needs and financial abilities to provide suitable recommendations.
Essential Qualifications:
Outstanding English communication skills (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
At least 1-2 years of experience in the Real Estate sector (UAE).
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
Possession of a valid driving license.
Familiarity with the Dubai Real Estate Market.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
