Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Broker located in Cairo. As a Real Estate Broker at Ajwad Developments, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and purchase of properties, providing guidance to buyers and sellers, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market trends and regulations
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to build and maintain relationships
• Proven track record of successful sales and transactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Valid real estate broker license
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software
