• Core Responsibilities

A real estate agent who oversees the entire process of buying or selling a property is known as a property consultant. As their clients get ready to make the biggest buy or sell of their lives, consultants who are educated about the real estate market offer them expert advice.

• Throughout the course of the real estate transaction, consult with customers and give them guidance on how to advertise their home and position themselves to buy a home.

Overseeing and negotiating the conditions of the contracts for the sales and purchases of real estate

• Recognize your local real estate market and be prepared to consult with customers on it.

Give advice and support to sellers and buyers so they can market and acquire property at the right price and with the best conditions.

• Determine the needs and financial capacity of the client to offer solutions that are appropriate for them.

Consult with customers throughout the negotiation process regarding market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal

• Present and promote real estate to potential purchasers.

Upkeep and updating of available property listings

• Maintain your knowledge of real estate markets and ethical standards.

• Qualifications

UAE Drivers License is Mandatory

• Minimum 1 year of Real Estate Sales experience in Dubai

Self-Motivated, Entrepreneurial, & a Team Player

• Strong Communication Skills

Excellent Ability to Manage & Execute Tasks Assigned
