Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Broker at Buildcaps Real Estate LLC in Dubai. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for brokerage, real estate transactions, customer service, sales, and managing real property. Your day-to-day tasks will involve facilitating property transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability for clients.

Qualifications

• Brokerage and Real Estate skills
• Customer Service and Sales experience
• Knowledge of Real Property management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• 2 years experience in Dubai real estate industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
• Personal car is a plus point
